There is a quietness around the intersection of Autism and OCD

Katie from Autistic and living the dream & I have been continuing with our #AutisticDreamRelams project about OCD and Autism.

It is becoming evident that there is still a great deal of stigma around OCD, there is a quietness and it is rarely talked about. There is a thriving online Autistic community, although there is still so much misunderstanding, that community is very hard to find when trying to gain support for autistic OCD experiences.

There seems to be an even deeper quietness around autistic OCD experiences. We are sharing our reflections about this and community contributions to our most recent project focus where we asked; 'What works well when supporting a loved one with OCD?' and 'What works well for you as an autistic person  when managing OCD?'.
